Covid-19 (BF.7): No entry for tourists in Taj Mahal without testing

Agra, 22 Dec: With the spike in Covid cases in China and other nations, one of the country’s most prominent tourist monuments, the Taj Mahal in Agra, has been placed on notice, according to the District Health Information Officer in Agra.

Every day, a big number of domestic and foreign tourists visit Agra to see the Taj Mahal. Keeping the scenario in mind, they will be required to do a Covid test prior to their arrival, according to government sources.

According to Anil Satsangi, the District Health Information Officer (Agra), “The tests to prevent the spread of infection have already begun, according to the health department. Because the warning is on, all visitors are now required to take the tests.”
