New Delhi, 20 November: Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar has filed a defamation case in the Delhi High Court against The Wire website. The High Court will hear this petition today itself.
Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar has filed a defamation petition against The Wire, accusing it of publishing misleading articles. Naresh Kumar said in his defamation petition that the allegations made against him by The Wire are false, baseless and misleading.
The petition says, also, all the allegations are completely different from the true and correct facts. It has been said in the application that the Wire has convicted him through its article and from the article it seems that he is involved in some illegal activity.
