Today, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed an application in the court saying that the charge sheet filed against Sanjay Singh should be kept sealed, so that the witnesses cannot be identified.

On ED’s application, Sanjay Singh’s lawyer said that except the name of the witness, the rest of the charge sheet can be given to him. Then the court asked the ED why did you write his name.
