Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh), 13 April: Bastar’s female mountaineer Naina Singh Dhakad has once again illuminated the name of the state and the country. After conquering Mount Lhotse, the world’s fourth highest peak in the Himalayas, she has set a record by hoisting the saffron-coloured Shri Ram flag with the shouts of Jai Shri Ram.

On the occasion of Ram Navami, Naina hoisted the Shri Ram flag and dedicated it to the people of the country.

Mountain girl Naina Dhakad, who scaled the world’s highest peak Mount Everest, has once again succeeded in scaling the world’s fourth highest peak, Mount Lhotse.

She reached this high peak of the Himalayas at 8,516 meters and hoisted the saffron flag with the shouts of Jai Shri Ram there. She is the first woman in India to achieve this feat. Naina’s name is also recorded in Limca Book of Records.

Naina told that she wanted to do something new in climbing Mount Lautse. During this time the idea came that instead of the tricolor, why not hoist the saffron flag with the picture of Lord Shri Ram there.

While climbing Mount Lautse, she came out with the flag of Jai Shri Ram. She completed this climb in nine days and while hoisting the flag, she also raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram.
