Vicky Kaushal’s ‘The Great Indian Family’ has been released in theaters on September 22. The first day figures of the film performed disappointingly. It is clear from this that the beginning of the first weekend has not been very good.

According to Sacknik’s report, ‘The Great Indian Family’ collected Rs 1.40 crore on the first day. The film has earned Rs 1.8 crore on the second day on Saturday. After two days the film has collected Rs 3.2 crores. Along with Vicky’s film, Shilpa Shetty’s film ‘Sukhi’ has also been released. This too could not do much at the box office.

Overall, Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Jawaan’ is still in the air, so it is seen that it has affected the earnings of both the films.

Vicky said in an interview, โ€œHe played the character of Bhajan Kumar in โ€˜The Great Indian Familyโ€™. The best thing about this film is that after the film is over, the audience will go back to their homes with their families with a smile on their faces. Even when I heard the script of the film for the first time, I had the same feelings.โ€
