Naseema Begum, a resident of Bahadurganj, is deaf yet she came out of her house to shelter the needy from the cold and is blanketing the impoverished people sitting on the roadside.
Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, praised Naseema Begum and presented her with a state-level award. She reached out to the homeless people who had to spend the night out in the cold by covering them with warm blankets with her hands.
