Lucknow, 21 December: Addressing the 120th Foundation Day celebrations of King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that if the behavior of the doctor is good, then the behavior of nursing and paramedical staff automatically becomes good. Therefore, doctors should behave properly with patients. The biggest capital of a doctor is his sensitivity. Doctors work with the spirit of Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah.
The Chief Minister said on Saturday that a data center will be established in KGMU. The establishment of the data center will enhance the reputation of the KGMU. KGMU is an institution that worked as per the intention of the government during the Corona period. An amount of Rs 377 crore has been approved for the surgery department of KGMU. Budget has been released for the fire department. Lari Cardiology is also being expanded. Action is being taken forward for the establishment of Trauma Center.
Yogi Adityanath said that the flow of time does not wait for anyone. For the establishment of KGMU, many princely states of that time have cooperated in its construction. Today, as the largest medical institute in the country, KGMU is working as a leading medical institute. As per the intention of the government, its area is going to be 150 acres. Today there is a huge army. The identity of a person or an institution is known at the time of crisis. In normal days everyone works, during the time of crisis people are seen leaving the field and running away. Many new services have started here. Along with the present, we need to be prepared for the future as well.
The Chief Minister said that the double engine government has attacked corruption. If any action plan reaches the government on time, it is passed. There is no shortage of money for the treatment of the patient. He said that Modi has set the goal of making the country a developed India by 2027. Set a standard in the field of medical education and health services.
