Uttar Pradesh Relief Commissioner GS Naveen Kumar said that it is being tested today by the Disaster Management Authority and the Department of Telecommunications.
He told that this is an alert message which will alert about the disaster. This would not indicate a real emergency. There is no need to worry about this at all. This message is being disseminated by the Department of Telecommunications and the National Distaster Management Authority (NDMA) in the context of disaster preparedness.
