Shahjahanpur, 29 Aug: During an argument over a goat, a 28-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur ‘bit’ on his 31-year-old neighbor’s genital. On Sunday night in Roza Shahjahanpur’s district, the victim’s goats destroyed various goods in his neighbor’s compound.
According to a source, the goat owner was admitted to a medical institution in Shahjahanpur city, where he received four sutures to secure his private portion.
His health is currently said to be stable. Both parties reported the event to the police and filed complaints at the Roza police station. “I got into a fight with my neighbor Gangaram Singh over my goats. He threw me to the ground and chewed my private regions, causing me to pass out.
“I approached police, but they initially refused to register a FIR,” the victim, who did not want to be identified, was cited as saying in the report. The victim stated that the agony in his private portion is still intense and that he is concerned that the injury may jeopardize his capacity to lead a normal married life.
According to authorities, medics determined that the victim’s injuries were exterior and that no internal veins were damaged. ?The sufferer was treated in hospital by an emergency medical officer. The injuries were surface, according to the doctor, and no internal veins were damaged.
The sufferer will heal and be able to live a regular life in time. Gangaram will face severe punishment, according to Roza Police Station House Officer (SHO) Amit Pandey.
He further stated that, based on the evidence and the medical report, police had filed charges against Gangaram under IPC sections 323 (voluntarily inflicting harm), 504 (intentional insult), and 506 (criminal intimidation).
