Each needy will get help for treatment: CM Yogi

Gorakhpur, 25 Nov: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the officials to provide the best medical facilities to every needy.

He has instructed to make Ayushman Health Card for all eligible persons and if anyone does not have this card, then prepare an estimate for his treatment in big institutions and send it to the government.

The Chief Minister has said that every needy person will be given full assistance for treatment from the Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund.

During this, the Chief Minister assured all the people that everyone’s suffering will be alleviated. A woman who reached Janata Darshan informed the Chief Minister about her daughter being seriously ill. On this CM Yogi asked her about Ayushman card. The woman revealed that Ayushman card has not been made.

The Chief Minister directed the officers present nearby to first get the woman’s daughter admitted to SGPGI or KGMU in Lucknow and start treatment immediately.

“Whatever expenditure is to be incurred in this, an estimate will be made from the hospital and made available to the government,” he added.

He also directed the officials to get Ayushman card made for her. He also said that needy people who have been deprived of Ayushman Health Card, their cards should be made on priority basis.

On the complaints related to police and revenue in Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister said that the officials should ensure the solution of the problem at the district level itself so that people do not have to face problems. He gave strict instructions and said that laxity in solving public problems would be unforgivable.

“A just and fair solution to every person’s problem with full commitment and transparency is the top priority of the government and administration and if anyone is negligent in this, he will have to face punishment. Therefore, officials should listen to people’s problems sensitively and ensure quality, prompt solutions,” he said prior to signing off.
