Lucknow, March 3: The Bahujan Samaj Party’s (BSP) national president Mayawati has expelled her nephew Akash Anand from the party.
Earlier, in the meeting held on Sunday, he was relieved from all the posts. After this, the BSP chief has taken this decision after the reaction of Akash Anand.
Posting on micro-blogging site X on Monday afternoon, Mayawati said that in the All-India meeting of BSP on Sunday, Akash Anand was relieved from all responsibilities including the National Coordinator due to his continuous influence of his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth, who was expelled from the party, more than the interest of the party, for which he should have repented and shown his maturity. But on the contrary, the long reaction that Akash has given is not of his repentance and political maturity, but mostly selfish, arrogant and non-missionary, influenced by his father-in-law.
She wrote on X that “I have been advising all such people of the party to avoid this and also punishing them. Baba Saheb Dr. In the interest of self-respect and self-esteem movement of Bhimrao Ambedkar and following the tradition of discipline of Kanshiram, Akash Anand, like his father-in-law, is expelled from the party in the interest of the party and the movement,”.
