Mumbai, April 29: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has decided in a cabinet meeting on Tuesday to provide monetary aid of Rs 50 lakh to the families of 6 innocent citizens of Maharashtra killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
It has also been decided to provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the affected people of this incident. The state government has also decided in a cabinet meeting to give a government job to the daughter of deceased Jagdale in this incident.
A total of 26 innocent people lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Among them, six people from Maharashtra died. Among them were Hemant Satish Joshi (Thane), Atul Shrikant Mone (Mumbai), Sanjay Laxman Lele (Thane), Dilip Desale (Panvel), Santosh Jagdale (Pune) and Kaustubh Ganbote (Pune).
In today’s cabinet meeting, tributes were paid to these six people who died in the terrorist attack.
