Lucknow, 25 November: The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was presented fifty thousand Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits by Singaporean e-commerce company Flipkart Group at his government residence on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Chief of Flipkart Group Rajnish Kumar interacted with the Chief Minister through virtual medium.
The Chief Minister appreciated the cooperation made by Flipkart in the battle of Corona.
He said that Uttar Pradesh is a large populous state of the country. Every 6th person of the country belongs to Uttar Pradesh. The state government is actively fighting against Corona. Every section has been affected somewhere in the Corona period. Now a better environment is being prepared for them.
CM Yogi said that the third wave of Corona is being seen in many states of the country. In view of this, we have to walk on the path of vigilance and rescue until a medicine or vaccine arrives.
The Chief Minister said that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Flipkart by the state government, which has given a new identity to the products of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) sectors and One District One Product (ODOP) in the state.
