Ayodhya, 13 Dec: From January 16 to 22, a team of over 121 Vedic priests led by Pandit Laxmikant Dixit of Kashi will carry out the ceremonies.

There will be yagya (Worshipping the supreme gods) , havan, recitation of four Vedas, and ritual recitation for 60 hours before to ‘Pran Pratishtha’ (consecration).

According to authorities of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust here on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform the inaugural aarti of Ramlala after presenting 56 types of bhog following the consecration. The consecration ceremony will begin at 8 a.m. on January 17 and will go until 1 p.m. Following that, the rituals will begin at 3 p.m. and go until 9:30 p.m.

That implies there will be mantra chanting and havan-puja for 10 to 12 hours every day. This pattern will continue until January 21. Ramlala will be enthroned in the great sanctum sanctorum on January 22.

For ceremonies, many pavilions and havan kunds have been built on the temple grounds. Outside the temple, there will be a large mandapam. There will be several little Brahmin mandapams. In the center of the mandapam, there will be 20 yagya kundas.

The echo of Ram’s name, on the other hand, will be heard all across the world when the PM consecrates Ramlala in the heavenly and great temple. Ramotsav will be observed not only in India, but also in many other nations throughout the world on this day.
