Jhansi, 13 December: The Police has filed a case late night in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, for creating ruckus during the raid by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) team at the house of an Islamic teacher in the case of foreign funding.
City Kotwali police of Jhansi has filed a case against 11 known and 100 unknown people under various sections including obstruction in government work. Women are also included among the unknown people in the case.
It is worth noting that the NIA and the ATS team raided the house of Islamic teacher Mufti Khalid, who imparts religious education, in Salim Bagh area of ​​Kotwali area on Thursday. When the team left with Mufti Khalid after interrogation for about nine hours, the people of the area surrounded the team and freed Mufti Khalid by pushing and shoving.
Later, after a lot of hard work, the police arrested Mufti Khalid. However, Mufti Khalid was released late night after interrogation for about seven hours in the police line. After this, the police registered a case against 11 known and 100 unknown persons.

In the case of providing online education in India and abroad and funding from abroad, the NIA and STF team conducted a surprise raid in Jhansi Kotwali police station area of ​​Uttar Pradesh yesterday early Thursday morning. After eight hours of investigation, amid heavy protest and jostling, the NIA and STF team took Mufti Khalid Nadvi into custody. The team reached the police line with him after facing three hours of protest. After interrogating him for about 7 hours in the police line, he was handed over to his family at around 11 pm late at night.
It is worth mentioning that the country’s major intelligence agency the NIA and the ATS, a team that busts terrorist organizations and gangs involved in anti-national activities, raided a house located at Ghulam Gaus Khan Park in the city Kotwali police station area at around 3 am on Thursday morning.
After about eight hours of investigation, NIA and STF took Mufti Khalid Nadvi into custody. Mufti Khalid Nadvi takes online classes of religious education.
During the investigation, the team also collected some of Khalid’s books, laptop and mobile number etc. and after three hours of heavy protest and scuffle, brought him to the police line for interrogation. Khalid was handed over to his family from the Cyber ​​Crime Police Station located in the police line after questioning him for about 7 hours late at night. At present, the team is keeping an eye on Khalid and other suspects.
