G20 Summit: New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration adopted, announces PM Modi

New Delhi, September 9: The New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration was adopted at the G20 meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this in the second session of the G20 Summit on One Family.

He said that due to the hard work of our team, a consensus has been reached on the New Delhi G20 Leaders Summit declaration. I move to adopt this leadership declaration. I announce its adoption.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, G20 Secretary Amitabh Kant expressed hope for this. He had said that the G20 Leaders’ Declaration has been prepared keeping in mind the priorities of the Global South.
