Ghaziabad, August 10: Cyber โโโโthugs cheated a woman resident of Indirapuram Vaibhav Khand of three crores 10 lakh 34 thousand 240 rupees. Now the victim woman has lodged an FIR in the cyber crime police station.
This woman named Nabanita Mishra has said in the FIR lodged with the police that she had clicked on the advertisement of share trading on Facebook, after which she joined a WhatsApp group. Later, the fraudsters made her invest money by luring her with a huge income in trading and transferred three crores 10 lakh 34 thousand 240 rupees by making 22 transactions from July 3 to August 2. She tried to withdraw the money in between, the fraudsters told her that the money would be returned only after investing more money. On realizing the fraud, she did not do anything.
ADCP Sachchidanand briefing about the incident, told that that efforts are being made to freeze the amount defrauded in the case. The accused will be arrested soon.
