Prayagraj, 16 December: The High Court Bar Association has condemned the distortion of Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav’s speech in the program of VHP’s legal cell and spreading it on social media.
In the emergency meeting held on Monday under the chairmanship of the association’s president Anil Tiwari, a resolution was passed stating that Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav had given a lecture which some people presented in a distorted manner on social media.
The High Court Bar Association strongly condemns all those who presented the said lecture in this manner. It was also said that according to the old tradition, if an advocate gives a written letter to organize a seminar in the library hall of the High Court Bar, then the library hall is given to them by the bar for conducting the seminar. On December 8, the said hall was given to the legal cell of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. The meeting held in the New Officer Room was conducted by Joint Secretary Administration Sumit Srivastava.
Senior Vice President Rajesh Khare, Vice President Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi, Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, Subhash Chandra Yadav, Neeraj Tripathi and Neelam Shukla, Joint Secretary Abhijit Pandey, Puneet Shukla and Anchal Ojha, Treasurer Ranvijay Singh, Governing Council Members Udisha Tripathi, Manisha Singh, Kiran Singh, Awadhesh Mishra, Abhishek Tiwari, Sachchidanand Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Rajesh Shukla, Sarveshwar Lal Srivastava and Brajesh Singh Sengar were present in the meeting.
