Bareilly, April 1: The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that in eight years, there have been no riots anywhere in the state including Bareilly. If anyone dares to riot now, the property of the rioter will be confiscated and distributed among the poor. The Samajwadi government had left the cows unclaimed. Their leader says that cow dung smells bad. This is their reality. They used to hand over the cow to the butchers. When we sent the butchers to hell, the SP got upset.

Yogi was addressing on the occasion of the launch of School Chalo Abhiyan and Communicable Disease Control Campaign in Bareilly on Tuesday. During this, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 132 development projects worth Rs 932 crore in Bareilly. 2500 new ambulances were flagged off for the entire state.

From Bareilly College Ground, the Chief Minister targeted Akhilesh Yadav without naming him. He said that those who had relations with cow smugglers and butchers, how would they know how to serve cow. They will only find foul smell in cow dung. They do not find foul smell in their own acts. Before 2017, five to seven riots were common in Bareilly every year. Now there is no riot in Bareilly, there is health.

He said that the ambulances which have been flagged off today will strengthen health services further. Before 2017, the response time of 108 ambulance service was 17 to 19 minutes, which has now been reduced to less than 7 minutes. This campaign is necessary to deal with diseases like encephalitis, dengue, malaria, chikungunya. On this occasion, certificates, toolkits and cheques of financial assistance were distributed to the beneficiaries.

Yogi said that more than 1.25 lakh teachers have been recruited to improve the teacher-student ratio. Now schools will be developed as integrated school complexes. 16 Atal residential schools have been started in the state, which will act as model schools for the children of workers. Before 2017, the condition of government schools was bad. Now Rs 1200 is being sent to the bank accounts of 1.91 crore students. Two uniforms and complete dress are being given compulsorily by the government.

During this, Cabinet Minister Dharmpal Singh, Forest Minister Dr. Arun Kumar, Basic Education Minister (Independent Charge) Sandeep Singh, MP Chhatrapal Singh Gangwar, MLAs Dr. Raghvendra Sharma, Dr. DC Verma, Dr. Shyam Bihari Lal, Sanjeev Agarwal and Kunwar Maharaj Singh, District President Sompal Sharma, Metropolitan President Adhir Saxena, Aonla District President Adesh Pratap Singh, Special Secretary Chief Minister Ishan Pratap Singh, Additional Director General of Police Ramit Sharma, Commissioner Saumya Agarwal, Inspector General of Police Dr. Rakesh Singh, SSP Anurag Arya etc. were present.
