New Delhi, June 11: During the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) mega rally in Delhi, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann unleashed a stinging attack on Prime Minister Modi.
He said that if the Bharatiya Janata Party wins the 2024 election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be renamed Narendra Putin. “If the BJP wins elections in 2024, there will be no elections.” “If the BJP wins the elections in 2024, Narendra Modi will become Narendra Putin,” Mann said.
He went on to say that “BJP leaders have begun to regard Modi as ‘Malik’ of India.” If 140 crore Indians resolve to preserve India, the country would be saved.” The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) conducted a “maha rally” at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan against the Centre’s ordinance on service control in the national capital.
The event was addressed by Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Delhi AAP leader and Minister Gopal Rai, and AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
The event was arranged by Delhi’s governing party to oppose the Central Government’s service law. The AAP has requested that the law be withdrawn, arguing that the Central Government should reassess its position and prioritise the welfare of the people of Delhi.
Kejriwal has invited inhabitants of the national capital to attend the’maha rally’ in huge numbers. According to a party official, they have done considerable canvassing, gone out to individuals, and explained the ordinance and how it would affect their daily life.
