New Delhi, November 22: The martyrdom of two Indian soldiers on Saturday in Pakistani army shelling has been avenged by the soldiers of the Maratha Regiment of the Indian Army.
In the Khuriratta sector of Pak Occupied Kashmir (PoK), they took tremendous action with Shivaji Maharaj cheers and destroyed four terrorist launching pads and one Pakistani army post on Line of Control (LoC).
According to the sources, about half a dozen Pakistani soldiers have also been killed in this retaliation by India. Despite this, Pakistan violated the ceasefire in the Nowshera sector of Rajouri district at around 11:15 am on Sunday and fired small arms and mortar shells along the Line of Control. The Indian Army is retaliating.
Pakistan’s army opened fire on the LOC of Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Saturday morning without any provocation. Pakistan fired heavy-firing shells and mortar shells targeting Indian outposts and residential areas. Three civilians were injured in this shootout, however, two Indian Army personnel were seriously injured in the shelling of Pakistan.
All the injured were immediately rushed to the military hospital, where, during treatment, Havildar Patil Sangram Shivaji of the Maratha Regiment succumbed to injuries. Kuldeep Jadhav, the second injured Nayak rank jawan, also died late during treatment.
The Indian troops also responded to the Pakistani shelling but Pakistan again violated the ceasefire in Naushera sector of Rajouri district around 6 pm on Saturday. Thereafter, at around 6:15 pm, there was a ceasefire violation along the Line of Control in Deogwar, Malti and Dallan areas of Poonch.
Indian soldiers also gave a befitting reply to Pakistani shelling. After firing from both sides, the Indian Army carried out a pin point attack on the terrorist launch pad in Khirirta sector of POK with the help of guided ammunition at night.
In which, at least 4 terrorist launching pads were destroyed. Apart from this, the Indian Army’s action on the Line of Control (LoC) also destroyed the Pakistan Army post.
Pakistan has been completely infuriated by the killing of terrorists who were trying to infiltrate into India.
However, continuing firing on the International Border and Line of Control in Jammu Division, sending its drones to Indian Territory.
During the last 36 hours, Pakistani drones entered the Indian border four times and went back.
On Saturday, a drone was sighted in Basuni Gold village of Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district which had penetrated deep into Indian Territory.
On the international border, the Pakistani drone penetrated within 300 to 500 meters in Ramgarh area along the border of Kathua district.
The movement of Pakistani drones was also seen in Chakka Fakira, a border village in Samba sector on Friday. Pakistan has violated the ceasefire in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district at around 11:15 am on Sunday. The Indian Army is retaliating.
