India’s diplomacy touches new heights in last 30 days: PM Modi

New Delhi, September 26 (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday that India’s diplomacy has touched new heights in the last 30 days.

The Prime Minister addressed the G20 University Connect finale event at the Bharat Mandapam today. On this occasion, the Prime Minister also released four books related to India’s G20 presidency.

Addressing the programme, the Prime Minister presented the report card for the last 30 days. Referring to the African union becoming a member of the G20 on India’s initiative and India’s Chandrayaan and solar missions, the Prime Minister said that a look at the developments of the last 30 days reveals the speed and scale of the new India.

The Prime Minister said that due to India’s efforts, six more countries joined the BRICS community. He said, “You all will remember the day of August 23. Everyone was praying for it (the Chandraaan-3 mission) to be successful, and then everyone was filled with joy because the whole world heard the voice of our country when it It was announced that “India is moving towards ‘The Moon’.”

“Saudi Arabia is going to invest $100 billion in India. In the last 30 days, I have held meetings with 85 world leaders,” he said.

Modi said that the world is astonished to see the heights to which India has taken the G20 event. But I’m not surprised at all. Because if young students like you take up the responsibility of making the programme successful, then it is sure to be successful. India is witnessing positive changes driven by youth power. The G20 University Connect initiative was launched with the aim of creating understanding of India’s G20 Presidency among the youth of India and increasing their participation in various G20 events. More than one lakh students from various universities across the country participated in this programme.

On this occasion, 3000 students, faculty members, and vice chancellors of partner universities were present in Bharat Mandapam. Students from across the country also joined this programme live.
