Pithoragarh, 12 Oct: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that India’s voice is becoming stronger in a world filled with problems, and that the country’s might was recognized worldwide during the G20 Summit.
The prime minister remarked at a public gathering here that his administration had made choices on subjects that have been lingering for 30 to 40 years, such as the women’s reservation bill.
Modi also mentioned India’s successful Chandrayaan-3 mission, claiming that it reached a region of the moon that no other country could. India’s power is being recognized worldwide, as seen by the G20 conference in Delhi, he remarked.
Modi addressed the people of Uttarakhand as “dear family members,” saying he had a personal connection and recollection with every inch of the land.
The prime minister accused past governments of disregarding border development, saying, “Development of border villages, which we consider as our first villages, is our priority.”
Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi dedicated and laid the groundwork for a number of development projects in Uttarakhand totaling over Rs 4,200 crore.
