Lucknow, April 28: After the cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Pakistani citizens have been expelled from Uttar Pradesh on the instructions of the central government. The result of the strict instructions and moment-to-moment monitoring of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is that Uttar Pradesh is the first state in the entire country, where 100% Pakistani citizens have been expelled from the country within 24 hours.
At the same time, the last remaining Pakistani citizen will be sent back on Wednesday. He is being constantly monitored by the police department and the intelligence agency.
After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the central government took strict action against Pakistan and took many major decisions. During this, the central government issued an advisory to all the states and instructed to send Pakistani citizens back to their country.
On this, the Chief Minister held a high-level meeting with the officials of other departments including the Home Department. In the meeting, Yogi gave strict instructions to the officials that the Pakistani citizens living in the state should be immediately expelled from the state and sent to their country.
Along with this, the Chief Minister had instructed that the Pakistani citizens should go back to their country, for this a police team should be sent with them so that it can be ensured that they have returned to their country. After Yogi’s instructions, all the 75 districts of the state were alerted and instructions were given to take action.
The Director General of Police (DGP) Prashant Kumar said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, rapid action was taken against Pakistani citizens in 75 districts of the entire state and arrangements were made to send them back. As per the orders of the Chief Minister, 100 percent of the Pakistani citizens living in the state have been sent back to their country. To ensure the return of Pakistani citizens to their country, local police teams were sent with Pakistani citizens from various districts. At present, only one Pakistani citizen is living in the state, who will be sent to Pakistan on April 30.
Due to strict instructions and direct monitoring of Chief Minister Yogi, Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country where swift action has been taken against Pakistani citizens and they have been sent back to their country. A police team has been sent to ensure that they go back to their country.
