Kanpur social worker becomes member of Working Women’s Sexual Harassment Committee

Kanpur, November 08: Social worker Jyoti Shukla working on the oppression of women has been nominated as a member of the Working Women’s Sexual Harassment Committee.

She said, after being nominated, that every effort will be made not to have sexual harassment of any kind with the working women.

Following the order of the Allahabad High Court on the direction of the Supreme Court, the district court has nominated social worker Jyoti Shukla as a member of the Working Women’s Sexual Harassment Committee.

Jyoti said that those women who are working use to go through some kind of sexual harassment at their workplace or other places so the state government have constituted a committee to stop this crime and I have been nominated in this team.

She added further that she will follow the order of the Supreme Court and the Allahabad High Court with full devotion and create a separate identity in the society. She will make a successful effort to provide full justice to all women with sincerity and help them get justice.
