Mumbai, 1 December: Female Korean YouTuber Hyojang Park, who was molested in Mumbai’s Khar area, has praised India saying that she had not complained about the ill-treatment meted out to her, but the police responded promptly without a complaint, which is a good example for the whole world.
Park said, she did not want one bad incident to ruin her whole trip and her passion to show wonderful India to other countries. She said, the action was taken very quickly in India, she has been in Mumbai for over three weeks and plans to stay longer.
Park was molested by two youths while live-streaming in Khar on Wednesday evening. The Khar police arrested both the accused on Thursday. Both of them have been sent to police custody for a day by the court.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that the police have taken action without any complaint and the accused have been arrested. The police are investigating the matter.
