Lady leader among 7 arrested in flesh trade racket in Noida

Gautam Buddh Nagar, July 31: Noida Sector-63 police have arrested seven people under Gangster Act who were involved in flesh trade racket by forming a gang. Along with this, Noida police is also finding out the property earned through crime. This property will be confiscated.

The accused are Farman, Azharuddin, Mohammad Fayaz, Surendra Yadav, Mohammad Najrul, Alam Rehman alias Bablu and Reema Khatoon. These people form a gang and do prostitution illegally. They trap simple girls in their net on the pretext of giving them jobs and force them into prostitution. A case was registered earlier in Sector-63 police station. Police is finding out about their property. The property earned through crime will be confiscated.

The girls had told the police that they were brought to Noida from Bihar by luring them with the promise of a job and were being forced into prostitution. During interrogation, the police came to know that the accused used to charge Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 from the customers. The accused used to divide the money recovered from the illegal business equally among themselves. Whenever the girls or women protested, they were threatened. The police found many couples in objectionable condition in many rooms. The police also found a diary from the spot, which had a list of their customers.

A case was registered against the accused under Section 370, Section 3,4,5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956. After this, action has been taken against the people involved under the Gangster Act.
