The court issued summons to former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, Hima Yadav and Hridayanand Chaudhary and directed them to appear.

The court issued a production warrant against Amit Katyal arrested in this case. The court had reserved the decision on January 18.

Manish Jain had said that a company named AB Export was formed in 1996 to do export business. In 2007, AB Export Company received Rs 5 crore from five companies and purchased a property in New Friends Colony. Manish Jain had said that there are seven plots involved in this case. Of these, Rabri Devi, Hema Yadav and Misa Bharti acquired plots. Later he sold these plots.
