Muzaffarnagar, 10 April: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday held a public meeting in Kshatriya-dominated Rardhana village of Sardhana assembly seat of Muzaffarnagar Lok Sabha constituency. In his speech, the Chief Minister tried to resolve the dispute arising between BJP candidate Dr. Sanjeev Balyan and former Sardhana MLA Sangeet Som. Along with this, considering the opposition of Kshatriya community, he said that we may personally have differences with any person in elections, but ideology and nationalism are paramount.

“There can be no compromise in this. Don’t give to those who impose curfew, a chance to flourish again. It was these people who put Sangeet Som and Sanjeev Balyan in jail and put the people of the area under curfew. They are the ones who are misleading,” he opined.

In a public meeting held in Rardhana village, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that if it is necessary to pick a national religion, we will abandon everything and sacrifice ourselves for that faith.

“We need a government capable of running the Kanwar Yatra. We don’t want anyone enforcing curfews. There is no need to forgive those who supported curfews and ruined the lives of young people by bringing bogus lawsuits against them. Those folks must have arrived with a variety of messages,” he said.

The Chief Minister said that you must have seen the life of Maharana Pratap. “When we talk about Maharana Pratap, we talk about India’s honour and self-respect. What kind of sacrifice is required for Swadharma and Swarashtra” No need for power, will eat grass, but will never bow before foreign rule. Those who had auctioned the honour of sisters and daughters in this area by imposing curfew do not give a chance to those people who had become a threat to the lives of daughters and businessmen to flourish again. Those people will come; they will come with their tails pressed. After this, they will catch neck and spread chaos and anarchy in this entire area. There has been no negligence in development under the BJP government. No compromise was allowed with security. We gave an environment of security to daughters and businessmen. We have to think about the country leaving aside personal differences. Nothing can be greater for us than country and nationalism,? he stressed.

Addressing the people of Thakur Chaubisi area of Sardhana assembly in Meerut district, Yogi Adityanath said that it is the land of heroes. “Bravery never shows cowardice and does not adopt shortcut path. Bravery prepares oneself to sacrifice everything for the cause of the nation when the opportunity arises. I have come to call for that bravery. I have come from Jammu and Kashmir only for the public meeting of Sardhana. I said that I will definitely go within twenty-four hours,” he remarked.

On this occasion, Dr. Sanjeev Balyan, Minister of State Kapil Dev Agarwal, District President Shivkumar Rana, District President Muzaffarnagar Sudhir Saini, former MLA Sangeet Som, former MLA Vikram Saini, District Incharge Mayank Goyal, Inderpal Prajapati, Sukhwinder Som, Neeraj Sharma, Gaurav Chaudhary, Yashveer Chaudhary, Harpal Saini, Chandraveer Chaudhary, Sunil Bharala, Lokesh Prajapati, Vimal Sharma etc. were present.
