New Delhi, 14 April (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the BJP’s Lok Sabha election manifesto on Sunday, with a specific emphasis on the poor, young people, farmers, and women. The prime minister distributed copies of the manifesto to representatives of the four major groups that benefited from the government’s schemes: Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, and Naari Shakti (GYAN).
Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman unveiled the manifesto for the elections, which are set to begin on April 19.
Singh previously told the audience that the manifesto represents the promises made by the prime minister to the country’s people. He stated that the manifesto’s repeating theme is Modi Ki Guarantee.
The senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician claimed that Modi’s assurance is akin to 24-carat gold and has emerged as the gold standard of governance. Singh, who led the party’s manifesto committee, claimed over 15 lakh recommendations were submitted from across the nation and integrated into the text. The manifesto discusses executing the one nation, one poll idea, creating shared election rolls, eliminating train waiting lines, expanding 5G networks, and organizing Ramayan festivities throughout the world.
