Saharanpur, April 12: As soon as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached the stage, the entire pandal echoed with slogans of Yogi Adityanath Zindabad. People stood up from their chairs raising slogans of Yogi-Yogi.
CM Yogi first greeted the public with folded hands. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath started his address with Bharat Mata Ki Jai in the public meeting organized at Naveen Mandi Sabha place in Gangoh. After this he raised slogans of Vande Mataram. While addressing the public meeting, CM Yogi made a sharp attack on the opposition.
The Chief Minister congratulated everyone on Chaitra Navratri and paid tribute to Maa Shakambhari and Maa Bala Sundari. He said that Saharanpur is fulfilling the dream of developed India by joining the stream of development. Green expressway is being built between Delhi and Dehradun. This pace of development has to be continued. Saharanpur is blessed by Mother Ganga and Yamuna. The farmers and handicrafts here are famous far and wide.
During the rule of SP, BSP and Congress, the farmers here were forced to commit suicide. The young man was forced to flee. The daughters were not safe. The businessman was not safe.
He said that I remember when Saharanpur was made the center of religious frenzy. When Kanwar Yatra was banned, no one came forward to organize a casteist organisation. Everyone’s mouths were sewn shut.
He said that earlier the mafia used to roam around the state with their heads held high. There used to be riots over small matters. Now the rioters themselves say that they will not riot. You all know what is the condition of mafias now, we catch them, hang them upside down and spray them with pepper.
The Chief Minister said that for our Prime Minister, India is a family worth Rs 140 crore. He said that some people will mislead in the name of caste but when there will be a crisis on caste, all these people will disappear. Those instigating riots today are trying to use castes. Our government has provided a riot free environment. Curfew free state has been given. Work has been done to cool down the heat of the rioters.
PM Modi has done the work of ending terrorism by abolishing Article 370 from Kashmir. Opposition cannot stop riots, curfew and farmer suicides. Why do you want to bear the burden for the country by carrying these on your head?
