Lucknow, 16 December: District Magistrate (DM) of Lucknow Abhishek Prakash Singh has ordered a magisterial inquiry in the case of swapping of body of corona infected at TS Mishra Medical College, near Amausi Airport located on Nadarganj Road.
Additional City Magistrate (ACM) (III) Devendra Kumar has been appointed investigating officer in the magisterial inquiry committee.
The ACM said on Wednesday that an incident of changing of body of patient infected with deadly virus Covid-19 was reported.
In this case, the ACM III has informed the general that whoever needs to give any kind of information in relation to this incident. If you want to give any oral, written evidence or statement, then you can present your evidence by appearing in Room No. 25 Collectorate of Court till December 26. There will be no statement to be recorded on holidays.
