Lucknow: Kolkata Police sends notice to Jitendra Tyagi alias Wasim Rizvi over his movie ‘The Diary of WB’

Lucknow, 16 August: The trailer of the movie ‘The Diary of West Bengal’, which is going to be released simultaneously on August 30 in various cinema halls of the country.

On the release of the movie trailer, Kolkata Police has sent a notice to the address of producer Jitendra Tyagi alias Wasim Rizvi’s houses at Meena Bakery and Nakhash in Lucknow.

The in-charge of Amherst Police Station of Kolkata has sent a notice under 41A CrPC and called Jitendra Tyagi to the police station for questioning. All the points have been included in the notice, under which the notice has been issued. Jitendra Tyagi has to present himself at the Kolkata Police Station by giving information by August 18.

At the same time, discussions on important issues like love jihad, infiltration, violence against women have gained momentum among the people who have watched the movie trailer. The movie has scenes of love jihad and also shows various topics like Bangladeshi infiltration.

The movie’s director Sanoj Mishra has written the screenplay himself and it has been produced by Jitendra Tyagi.
