Lucknow, February 17: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will run Tejas Express between Lucknow and New Delhi four days a week from Friday. Till now Tejas Express was being operated three days a week.
IRCTC Chief Regional Manager Ajit Kumar Sinha said on Thursday that the traffic of passengers between Lucknow and New Delhi has increased. Because of this, Tejas Express will run from Lucknow to New Delhi in up-down four days a week on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This will make it easier for the passengers to travel. Earlier, Tejas Express was being operated thrice a week due to shortage of passengers.
