Lakhimpur Kheri, July 4: In the Uttar Pradesh district of Lakhimpur Kheri, a girl was forced to drop out of school after being harassed by a neighbour.
Arjun, the accused, would follow the victim to school every day. He would frequently take the victim’s school bag and tease her.
According to reports, despite many complaints filed against Arjun, no action was taken.
However, Naipal Singh, the Additional Superintendent of Police for the Lakhimpur Kheri district, stated that a case had been filed against the accused based on the student’s accusation. He was arrested as a result of this.
