Meerut, 12 September: Police has solved the case of Farhana’s murder in Ittefaq Nagar of Lisadi Gate police station area. Farhana was killed by her nephew Shoaib. Farhana and Shoaib had illicit relations. Shoyeb killed Farhana when she pressurized him for marriage. Police has arrested the accused. While going to recover the pistol, the accused got injured by police bullet while trying to escape.
Farhana wife of Naushad was murdered on September 11 in Ittefaq Nagar of Lisadi Gate police station area. The Police was trying to solve this murder case since then. Police has arrested the accused Shoyeb son of Shamshad resident of Lavad police station Inchauli.
During police interrogation, Shoaib accepted killing Farhana. Farhana’s brother-in-law’s son Shoaib had illicit relations with his aunt. She was constantly pressuring Shoaib to marry her and was also demanding five lakh rupees. She was also threatening to expose their illicit relations if he did not give her the money. For this reason Shoaib planned to kill her.
On September 11, Shoaib called his aunt Farhana to meet him in Lavad. After this, he threatened her by showing her a gun and strangled her to death. The body was buried in the ground.
According to SP Rural Rakesh Kumar, the police was taking the accused to recover the gun late on Wednesday night. Meanwhile, when the accused tried to run away, he got injured when Inchauli police shot him in the leg. The injured has been admitted to the hospital.
