Bajinder Singh is involved in another sexual harassment case and assault on another woman. Pastor Bajinder Singh claimed to cure diseases with alleged miracles.

A case was registered against Bajinder Singh in 2018 at Zirakpur police station in Mohali for rape, assault and threatening. The woman said that she wanted to settle abroad. For this, she contacted Bajinder. Bajinder took her to his house in Sector 63, Mohali. Where he raped her and made a video.

After the case was registered in this matter, Bajinder Singh was arrested from Delhi airport in 2018 itself. Later, Bajinder was released from jail on bail. Earlier this month, on March 3, the court had issued non-bailable warrants against Bajinder and 5 other accused.

On March 28, the Mohali court convicted Bajinder Singh in this case. The remaining 5 accused, pastor Jatinder Kumar and Akbar Bhatti, Rajesh Chaudhary, Sitar Ali and Sandeep Pehelwan were acquitted. During the trial, one of the accused, Suchha Singh, died. Bajinder was convicted on March 28 itself. After this, he was lodged in Patiala jail.

After the court’s decision, the victim’s lawyer Anil Sagar said that the court, while sentencing Bajinder, said that he will have to remain in jail till his last breath.

To avoid punishment, pastor Bajinder told the court that his children are small. His wife is ill. I have a rod in my leg, so I should be shown mercy. But the court rejected his arguments.
