Varanasi, 17 December: Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the exhibition based on Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Sunday.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that as an MP, it is his responsibility to make the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra successful by dedicating his time to it. Today I have come to Kashi to participate as an MP and servant.

The Prime Minister interacted with the beneficiaries of various schemes of the Central Government after visiting the exhibition based on Bharat Sankalp Yatra developed at Chhota Cutting Memorial Complex located at Nadesar.

The Prime Minister said that till now four crore families have got permanent houses under our government. Whatever scheme the government makes and for whom it is made, that scheme should reach the people without any hassle. The beneficiary does not need to make rounds.

He said that many people have still not received the benefits of the scheme. So we decided that if we find out, we will also get the accounts. This journey is my test, my test too. I wanted to hear from you whether the work was done or not.

The Prime Minister said that when a government employee hears that someone has benefited from his work, he feels relieved. I also like it when people say that I got benefit. A sister was saying that the difference between rich and poor has disappeared. When he says that when I went to live in a permanent house, my confidence increased so much. As soon as you get a permanent house, there are no walls, no roof, your life is filled with confidence. Hearing from the mouth of that beneficiary makes one feel that life has been blessed and that there has been a change in someone’s life.

The Prime Minister, who reached Nandghar during the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, also interacted with small children. Also ask questions to the children.

After this, he went to the stalls of various government schemes and got information about them. Also met the beneficiaries. Took information from them about easy access to schemes. Prime Minister met the beneficiaries of Ayushman Yojana.

During this, the Prime Minister described ‘Developed India Sankalp Yatra’ as his touchstone. The Prime Minister said that the government has the power to eliminate the problems of the country in the coming 25 years. All this has happened because of the resolve of developed India.

He said that I want every person of India to feel that this office is mine, this railway is mine, this bank is mine, this country is mine.

He said that every parent wants that their children should not remain uneducated. When he gets all the information about these schemes, he feels that it is time that we also do something. When this is what 140 crore people think, then it seems that the country is moving forward.

The Prime Minister said that the country is also like a home. There should be money in the house. Similarly, the country should also have money. This fulfills everyone’s needs. If India develops, then the troubles will end.

Referring to the freedom struggle movement, the Prime Minister said that how did the country get independence? If someone spun a charkha, people used to ask why he was spinning a charkha, the answer was for the freedom of the country. If you wore Khadi, the answer was for freedom. When I fast, I do cleaning work for freedom.

In the program, Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also gave the people the pledge of ‘Developed India’.
