Indore, 19 December: The Indore police has crackdownwed and arrested two youths and one minor boy involved in the conspiracy to spoil the communal harmony of the country. They are accused of conspiring to spread communal unrest in Kashmir and other parts of the country, police said
Additional Police Commissioner Amit Singh said on Thursday that the three youths, namely, Ayan, Junaid and Qasim were connected to Pakistan’s Intelligence Agency ISI through Instagram and were preparing to go to Kashmir for jihad. On receiving information about the activities of these accused, an operation was conducted in collaboration with Indore Police and they were arrested.
Singh apprised that this action was taken regarding objectionable posts on social media and the two accused and one minor are being continuously interrogated about the information of each connection. Information is also being collected about other suspects associated with them. Detailed disclosure will be made soon.
