Varanasi, 02 December: Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after the success of ‘Sansad Cultural Festival’ and ‘Sansad Sports Competition’, now a big ‘Sansad Employment Fair’ is being organized on December 12. The employment fair will be organized at the Government ITI Karaundi campus.
District Magistrate S Rajalingam gave this information to journalists at the District Rifle Club auditorium located in the Collectorate complex on Saturday.
He told that this employment fair will be for the candidates of Varanasi district. More than 221 big companies are participating in the employment fair, through which a large number of candidates from Varanasi district will get a golden opportunity to get employed.
He said that till now more than 4966 candidates have registered online.
He appealed to the candidates to register themselves in maximum numbers through the link available on the employment department’s portal www.sewayojan.up.nic.in and through QR code.
The District Magistrate told the youth to take advantage of the MP Employment Fair.
He said that students studying in educational institutions are being made aware about participating in MP employment by personally visiting them.
On Saturday, before the organization of MP Employment Fair, about 45 companies were invited and employed by the Employment Department in the office complex Chowkaghat. Skill Development Mission is conducting pre-placement even before the organization of MP Employment Fair.
Chief Development Officer Himanshu Nagpal was also present in the press conference.
