Mumbai, January 27: There has been a chaos again among hospital authority  after the fourth suspected patient of coronavirus was found in Mumbai, the country’s financial capital. The suspected patient has been admitted to Kasturba Hospital. The suspected patient is a resident of Tardeo area of ​​South Mumbai and traveled to China a few days ago.

Abhishek Bafna, 36, a resident of Tardeo, was suffering from cold and phlegm for the past five days. He had fever a day before. As a precautionary Abhishek is admitted for treatment at Kasturba Hospital. Abhishek traveled to China from January 3 to January 11 this year. However, he returned to Mumbai from China on  January 11 .

Earlier, three suspects were admitted to hospitals in Mumbai. The three were admitted to the hospital on Saturday as a precaution on suspicion of coronavirus infection from Mumbai Airport. However, their report has been found to be negative.

Health Minister Rajesh Tope had clarified that not a single corona-infected patient has been found in the state. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray called the meeting of concerned departments on Saturday to assess the situation.

Though, passengers from the coronavirus-affected countries are being tracked daily. Passengers are being screened through a thermal scanner at the Mumbai International Airport. The National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune, has managed to diagnose the coronavirus. Facility for recruitment and treatment of suspected patients has been provided at Kasturba Hospital in Mumbai and Naidu Hospital in Pune.

The coronavirus continues to spread in Wuhan, China. So far, 80 people have died of corona infection in China. While in India, there is a risk of corona.

The first suspect of corona virus in the country was found in Jaipur, while in Bihar also a suspected girl has been identified. Both of them have returned to India from Wuhan city of China.

However, it has been said by the PMO that not a single corona patient has been found in the country. A total of 33552 people have travelled to China. All passengers returned from China have been examined thoroughly. In this sequence, 4359 passengers were checked on Sunday.
