Police sources said on Thursday that a woman caller called the Mumbai Police Central Control Room and said that a plan has been made to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After this, the woman caller disconnected the call. This call was investigated and a woman Sheetal Chavan has been detained in this connection. Police is trying to find out the truth of the threatening call by interrogating the woman.
At present, the movement for the formation of a new government has intensified in Maharashtra. Many central leaders including Prime Minister Modi, Chief Ministers of many states are going to arrive in the swearing-in ceremony of the new government in the state. Due to this, Mumbai Police has become alert about the threatening phone call.
