Meerut, 29 August: A Muslim girl who married a Hindu boy in Meerut has pleaded for police protection from her family. By releasing a video on Thursday, the girl has demanded protection from her parents, saying that the life of her in-laws is in danger.

It is noteworthy that a Mawana resident Muslim girl Sidra released a video on the internet media on Thursday. In this video, Sidra said that she has married Piyush of Parikshitgarh as per the Hindu rituals. She got married in Arya Samaj temple of Muzaffarnagar and now she has adopted Hindu religion. Now she is in danger of life from her family members and relatives.

In the broadcast video, the girl is sitting with her husband. The girl said that her family members can harm her and her husband’s family. Parents and maternal uncle have become enemies of my life. The girl has entered Hindu religion by getting married in Arya temple of Muzaffarnagar a week ago. The girl wants to live happily with her husband in her in-laws’ house.

Sidra said that she is an adult and the boy Piyush is also an adult. Both of them have got married according to the rules of their own free will. Now they want to live together. The victim girl has pleaded for protection of her life and property. This video is rapidly going viral on the internet media. The police is investigating this matter.
