New Delhi, 30 July: The National Medical Commission will conduct the National Exit Test (NEXT) in the first six months of the year 2023 in the country. This test will be done to remove the nervousness of the exam among the medical students. Along with this a mock run is also being planned, which will be conducted in 2022.
On Friday, Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Mansukh Mandaviya chaired a review meeting with the National Medical Commission. Important issues of medical education were discussed in this meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Mansukh Mandaviya emphasized that the Government of India is committed to build better infrastructure and good health services for quality medical education and transparent examination. The government is making efforts with all stakeholders to achieve this objective.
