NIA calls meeting in Delhi on Oct 5-6 with states ATS chiefs

New Delhi, 25 September: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has called a major meeting in New Delhi on 5-6 October 2023 to discuss anti-India threats and the roadmap for strict action.

In this, Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) heads of all the states have also been called. This meeting will be confidential, hence the location information has not been given.

NIA has recently raided the locations of banned organization PFI in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Assam, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra in the terror and funding case.

During this period, PFI members were also arrested. A few days ago, NIA has released the list of terrorists, collected details of their land and property and has also started pasting notices to confiscate their properties.

NIA also conducted simultaneous raids across the state against the ISIS module spreading in the state of Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

It is understood that the successes achieved during this action of NIA will not only be discussed in the meeting, along with it further action is also certain to be discussed.

After taking action against these organizations, NIA is also facing opposition at many places. In such a situation, new strategies to deal with the opponents are also likely to be discussed in the meeting.
