Moradabad, March 08: District Minority Welfare Officer Dilip Kumar said on Saturday that notice has been issued to 578 madrasas of the district for not generating Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) id. The U-DISE code of madrasas whose work of generating APAAR remains incomplete will be permanently closed.
The District Minority Welfare Officer said that the Uttar Pradesh government has given instructions to feed the details of students in all the schools and madrasas operating in the state on the U-DISE portal to improve the field of education and to make the details of all students online.
Kumar stated that it has been decided to create Apaar IDs for all these fed children. Apaar contains a 12-digit code. It stores the educational information of the students digitally. This ID works as a permanent digital identity for the students.

In the review, 578 madrasas have been found which have not started this work yet. Notice has been issued to all of them on this. In the notice, a warning has been given that the U-DISE code of the madrasas which do not complete this work will be permanently closed.
