Now, plea filed in Mathura court for survey inside Shahi Idgah

Mathura, 09 May: In the Shri Krishna Janmasthan case, on Monday, a litigant advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh filed petition in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Jyoti Singh.

He has demanded to conduct a survey in Shahi Masjid Idgah by appointing a commissioner like the Gyanvapi complex. This application will be heard on Tuesday.

It may be mentioned that Mahendra Pratap Singh has filed a suit in the past and demanded that the entire 13.37 acres of land be handed over to Thakur Keshavdev by removing the royal mosque from the premises of Shri Krishna Janmasthan.

On Monday, advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh filed an application in the court of civil judge. In this, a demand was made to conduct a survey of the royal Idgah.

In the application filed in the court, a copy of the order given for the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid of Varanasi has also been submitted.

Mahendra Pratap Singh, who filed the application, says that there are Hindu signs like Swastik, Om, Kamal. They should be videographed.

In the case of Shri Krishna Janmasthan land dispute number 950/2020, plaintiff advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh has given an application in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division.
