Only invitees in, outsiders likely to face eviction in Ayodhya prior to mega ‘Pran Pratishtha’ event: Authorities

Ayodhya, 17 Jan: As Ayodhya prepares for the consecration ceremony and inauguration of the Ram Mandir, the atmosphere is fraught with anticipation. With only a few days till the major ‘Pran Pratishtha’ celebration on January 22, spiritual enthusiasm across the nation is reaching new heights.

In the midst of this enthusiasm, the state government is going to great lengths to assure top-notch security, using both personnel and technology.

Authorities are preparing for the momentous ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ritual at Ram Temple by deploying heightened security measures and logistical preparations. To ensure a comfortable experience for guests, the state government is taking strict measures to limit admission into Ayodhya.

Individuals who have not been invited to the city will be prevented from entering beginning January 19, with authorities in nearby areas restricting inhabitants’ movements. Outsiders will be removed from the city.

To improve security measures for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ celebration, officials have deployed 10,000 CCTV cameras around the area. Multilingual police officers in plain clothes will be deployed at the event.

In response to possible security concerns from the skies, the Uttar Pradesh Police are planning to use cutting-edge anti-drone equipment capable of identifying and intercepting unauthorized drones.
