Operation of 300 trains to be affected on 9-10 Sept due to G-20 summit, informs NR

New Delhi, 03 September: Due to the G20 summit to be held in the national capital Delhi, the operation of more than 300 trains will be affected.

The list of these trains has been shared by Northern Railway on X (Ex Twitter). These trains also include intercity and express trains.

Northern Railway has said in its post that due to this summit to be held in Delhi on 9-10 September, the operation of these trains will be affected.

In this official X post of Northern Railway, it has been said that in view of the ongoing consultation for security arrangements, these trains have either been canceled between 8 to 11 September or their route or destination has been changed.

Additional stoppages have been earmarked for 70 trains including Jammu Tawi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express, Tejas Rajdhani Hazrat Nizamuddin Express, Varanasi-New Delhi Express to reduce inconvenience to passengers.

The departure and destination stations of 36 trains were changed. Also, three trains will not stop at Delhi’s Kishanganj railway station during the G20 summit.
