Abbottabad, April 26: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif attended the passing out ceremony of Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, Abbottabad this morning. Shahbaz also used this platform to threaten India.

He said in a threatening tone that India should stop the blame game. Pakistan is ready to respond forcefully to any of its audacity. Sharif called on the armed forces to be prepared to protect the sovereignty of the country.

According to Geo News, Prime Minister Shahbaz on Saturday demanded India to stop the constant blame game and said that any audacity will be responded forcefully.

He said that India is making baseless allegations against the country for the Pahalgam attack. India has no evidence in support of the allegations. An international fair and transparent investigation of the Pahalgam attack is necessary.

Shahbaz strongly warned against any move to stop or divert Pakistan’s share of water under the Indus (popularly known as ‘Sindhu’ in Sanskrit) Water Treaty. He said no one should have any illusions about Pakistan’s resolve on this front. Pakistan gave a befitting reply to India’s 2019 air strike. Any future misadventure will be given a similar response.

Prime Minister Shahbaz said Pakistan stands for peace, but this should not be construed as weakness. The dignity and security of the country will never be compromised. The Indus Water Treaty is the lifeline for the country’s 240 million people. The availability of its water will be safeguarded at all costs and under all circumstances.
